We started offering the property owner the power of the local multiple listing service to attract buyers and buyers agents. Using our fsbo flat fee listing system allows the home owner to choose the services that they want and not pay for services that they do not need. A onetime only fee is charged for listing the house for sale. The seller then offers a buyer's agent a commission. The great thing is, the seller retains the right to sale by owner and wouldn't own any commission if they sell the house theirselves. This saves thousands of dollars and puts money back into the home owner's pocket.
