All necessary forms to get your property advertised on the multiple listing service are available on this page. You may fill out the forms online or save a copy to your computer and fill out later. To complete the paperwork, 1) first choose your property type, 2) then open the forms and 3) start filling in, 4) then print up the forms, 5) sign & initial, 6) then date each form, 7) then fax the copies back to our office 1-866-870-8798.

Your property information, name, address, phone number will be posted with your property information online. If any part of your information you do not want displayed to the public, you must request in writing or by faxing us (1-866-870-8798).
Your information will be used only by members of Pacific Northwest Houses For Sale staff and Pacific NW Houses RE broker and agents for the purpose of filling in the NWMLS forms. We may use your name, address, and phone number to order any additional A La Carte services that you have requested.
