Welcome to our paperwork page for the flat fee mls listing services for Washington State. You'll find a complete paperwork package with all the necessary forms to get your property advertised for sale in the multiple listing service (MLS).
You will need Adobe Reader in order to open the forms. If you do not have Adobe Reader please download a copy for free. Click here to go to the Adobe web site. You'll need to selection your operating system from the drop down menu then hit the continue button. Once you have downloaded Adobe Reader then open the PDF files below to get started.
We have the forms available in a XFDL or Adobe PDF. All neccessary forms to get your property advertised on the multiple listing service are available on this page. You will need to print out the forms, fill-in, sign & initial, then date each form and fax back to 1-866-870-8798.

Your information will be used only by members of Pacific Northwest Houses For Sale staff and Pacific NW Houses RE broker and agents for the purpose of filling in the NWMLS forms. We may use your name, address, and phone number to order any additional A La Carte services that you have requested.
