Welcome to Pacific Northwest Houses For Sale Flat Fee Listing Service for Washington State. Ready to get started!You'll find the necessary paperwork to get your property advertised for sale on the MLS.
The paperwork is available in by fax, email request Adobe PDF files or by using the XML (NWMLS Viewer Forms). The XML program has drop down menu buttons and blank slots for filling in property information, follow the instructions that are posted along the top of the each page. You can also save the forms to your computer to print up later. Please call us for commercial property, manufactured house in mobile home parks and for Business Opportunity paperwork.
To sign up for the Flat Fee Listing Service simply fill out the 3 required forms. The areas marked with a black *on the PDF forms or ared * on the XML forms are required, so please make sure you fill this information in. You will need to print each form after completing and then sign the hard copy and fax back to 1-866-870-8798. To request paperwork by fax or by email fill out the form below.
Send us an email with the pictures that you want posted with your property listing to customerservice@pacificnorthwesthousesforsale.com. Make sure the pictures are in a JPG format. If the pictures are large files send one at a time.

We will provide you with a Form 17 (Seller Disclosure) after we receive your initial paperwork. You will receive an email confirmation once your property is posted for sale in the MLS. If you haven't already made payment then visit http://stores.pacificnorthwesthousesforsale.com/cataloglist.html We accept Visa or Master Card credit card payments. We also accept personal checks or money orders, which can be mailed to our office at the above address.

Flat Fee For Sale By Owner Paperwork (NWMLS XML Viewer forms)
To use the XFDL forms (word processing program), first download the Xpress - Forms Viewer at http://viewer.nwmls.com .This small program will allow you to input information into the forms by using your keyboard.* Choose your property type, from the menu listed below. Right click on the links to download and save all 3 forms and the instructions, or open online and fill out.* Please make sure you save each form after entering information, then print and sign the paperwork and fax back or scan and send as an email attachment. ** Not compatible with MAC systems, request fax or email.
Due to changes in the WA state law that affect properties that are currently in default/pre-foreclosure/foreclosure, there is a new form for property owners to fill out.
