Our WA State real estate agent assist program provides you with a cost effective alternative for selling your house. You pay a small fee upfront and the balance when your property sells. Save thousands by using our Flat Fee Listing Service. The normal listing process is where a real estate agent - Realtor places your property up for sale in the Multiple Listing Service. This person is referred to as the "listing agent" and they will charge a commission to list a house for sale and market your real estate. When the house sells the commission is then split between the listing agent & the buyer's agent. Our program saves you money on the listing side by using a flat fee versus a listing commission. You would offer 2 to 3% on the buyer's agent side. You save money on the sale and you get full representation.

We charge $695 has an upfront fee for listing your property on the Northwest Multiple Listing. Then when your house sells the balance of $1800 plus the buyer's agent commission is paid out at closing, when your house is sold. $695 fee is non-refundable once your house is listed into the Northwest Multiple Listing Service. The $695 covers the sign, sign post, flyer box, key box, up to 200 color flyers, virtual picture tour, and internet advertising. Our Agent Assist program includes the following services:
- We complete the NWMLS paperwork that allows us to market your property using the power of the NWMLS (Northwest Multiple Listing Service).
- We provide a professional photographer, who will take pictures and post a virtual tour of your property. (Service Available in Most Populated Areas)
- We provide a Market Value Report with homes that have sold in the last 6 months. This report helps to determine what buyers in the area have paid for similar properties.
- You will receive a white wooden sign post with a House For Sale sign.
- You will receive a flyer box and 200 professional flyers with color photos.
- You will receive a computerized key box to place on your property so buyers' agents can show your house while you are not there - (This feature is optional)
- We order the Title for your property and make it available for the buyer/buyer's agent.
- We will present buyer's agent offers directly to you.
- We will negotiate directly with the buyer's agent on your behalf so you can receive the best possible price.
- We will coordinate with the buyer's agent for the bank appraisal, and the escrow/closing company.
- We will keep in contact with all parties involved with your closing.
- We will review your escrow closing statement, to check for any errors on the paperwork.
- We will advertise your property on multiple web sites on the internet, until it is sold.
